Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of petz4days on the web (petz4days.com) and in our iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

petz4days is a social network for pet owners. Features may include:

• Accounts, profiles, and pet pages
• A home feed, Explore, friends, and following pets
• Posts with photos or videos, comments, and likes
• A community forum for pet questions
• Direct messages
• Care records: feeding schedules, vet visits, health updates, and checklists
• Optional reminders for feeding, birthdays, and vet visits

We may add, change, or remove features. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure
• Usernames must follow the in-app rules (letters, numbers, underscores; length limits)
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• One person should not create accounts to harass others or evade a ban
• You can delete your account and data from Settings. Deletion is permanent

4. Your content

You own the photos, videos, captions, and other content you post. You grant petz4days a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (including storing files and streaming video).

Do not post content that:

• Is illegal, pornographic, or sexually exploits anyone, including minors
• Promotes animal cruelty or harmful “care” advice presented as fact
• Harasses, threatens, or impersonates others
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Is spam, scams, or malware
• Shares someone else’s private information without permission

Posts are from a pet’s point of view and require a pet and a photo or video. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Other users can report posts, profiles, or pets.

5. Pets and health information

Only add pets you own or are authorized to represent. Care records, feeding checklists, and vet visit notes are tools for you to track care. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. Always get professional care for a sick or injured animal.

6. Videos and media

Uploaded videos may be compressed, trimmed, and processed by Cloudflare Stream so they can play in the app. We may generate preview images. Do not upload media you do not have the right to share. Keep files within the size and length limits shown in the app.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app may remind you about feeding times, pet birthdays, and vet visits on that device. You can turn these off in Settings. Reminders can still depend on your phone’s system permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
• Bypass security or access another user’s account
• Use the Service to buy, sell, or traffic animals in violation of law
• Interfere with other people’s use of petz4days

9. Intellectual property

The petz4days name, app, website, and original design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the product or use our marks without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for users, pets, or the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that content from other users is accurate, or that care reminders will always fire (for example if notifications are disabled or the device is powered off).

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, petz4days and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, pets, or profits arising from use of the Service. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to what the law requires.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using petz4days after an update, you accept the new Terms.
